Joseph is Founder and Principal of J. jordan & Associates LLC. Fro more than 20 years, he has designed and led communication, leadership, and organizational effectiveness initiatives for some of the nation's most recognized organizations, including Nestlé Purina, Centene, Microssoft, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, and Ameren. His work integrates business psychology, communication competency, and execution discipline to support sustainable organizational performance

Kunthearath Nhek-Morrissey

Kunthearath serves as Fractional Head of Operations & Strategy for J. jordan & Associates and Principal of M5 Group. She brings 25 plus years of operations and supply chain leadership across major global enterprises spanning consumer products, agribusiness, and e-commerce, including Starbucks, Amazon, and Bunge. She ensures execution rigor, governance, and operational scalability across every engagement.

Caryn Reed-Hendon, Ph.D.

Caryn is Lead Project Manager for J. jordan & Associates. She supports research, assessment design, data analysis, and delivery coordination across engagements, ensuring methodological rigor and disciplined execution throughout the lifecycle of the work.
